support@dearfriend.digitalBrushlings is an iPhone app. AR face tracking requires an iPhone with a TrueDepth front camera (iPhone X or newer). On older iPhones, the app runs, but AR masks are not available.
Yes. There are no ads, no external links, and no trackers. The camera image is processed only on the device and is never uploaded or stored, unless your child intentionally saves a photo in the in-app gallery.
No. All AR photos stay locally in the app and can be deleted at any time. Nothing leaves the device unless you export it yourself using the regular iOS share sheet.
A session follows a dentist-recommended brushing flow: chewing surfaces, outer surfaces, inner surfaces. It is split into six 20-second steps, covering upper and lower teeth for the full two minutes.
Cat, dog, and bunny are included from the start. Consistent brushing builds streaks: three qualified Brushlings days prepare a surprise mask, which is revealed in the next completed session.
Use good, even lighting and keep the face centered in the frame. If tracking gets stuck, restarting the app often helps. If the issue remains, write to us with your iPhone model.
You can reset the app data in iOS Settings under “Brushlings” or reinstall the app. If you need help, just contact us.
